Unlike mass-produced consumer novelties warehoused in generic third-party fulfillment centers, every KURA Model 01 instrument undergoes an individual 12-point mechanical verification at our Zurich facility prior to dispatch.

An optical micrometer checks concentric runout (must register within ±0.02mm), a rheometer verifies damping resistance (14.2 mN·m), and the serial number is recorded in our master registry. Once verified, the unit is wrapped in anti-static parchment, fitted into custom precision foam with its solid walnut display dock and calibration cloth, and handed to DHL Express within 24 hours of order placement (Monday through Friday, excluding Swiss national holidays).

We adhere to a strict anti-surprise fulfillment ethic. For orders destined for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, Singapore, and Australia, all import value-added taxes (VAT/GST), tariffs, and customs brokerage handling fees are 100% prepaid by KURA WORKSTUDIO AG.

The courier will deliver the consignment directly to your studio desk or residential vestibule without requiring additional cash-on-delivery (COD) disbursements or unforeseen bureaucratic delays.

4. Automated Telemetry & Flight Tracking Dispatch

Immediately upon physical courier scan at our Zurich hub, our logistics engine transmits an encrypted dispatch dispatch notice to your registered electronic mail address. This memorandum contains your direct DHL or FedEx Airway Bill (AWB) tracking reference, live flight coordinates, and estimated arrival day with signature release options.
